I weigh daily and quite often dont lose a thing until a Friday (my WI day is a Monday) so I wouldnt worry too much about it.
Other than that your big loss is really only the first week coz youre losing all your glycogen stores. Not losing as much the second week is actually a good thing coz it means youre not retaining water.
