30 Day Squat Challenge

I guess so I split mine yesterday just because I didn't have enough time to finish mine in the morning

Not sure on the rules?

I hope so as I am doing a hardcore tae bo session at the moment and I am worried that I won't be able to walk lol
 
Been a bit awol - I went to the docs about my knees which have been getting worse since my last appoint 3 months ago whereby I was told to stop running (my one and only exercise that I loved)

My blood results are fine but i'm on the waiting list for physio. I guess I've been a bit scared to carry on with the challenge since.

Im going to start again tonight though, I want to complete the challenge.

Day 3 - 60 squats DONE
Day 4 - Rest Day
Day 5 - 70 squats DONE
Day 6 - 75 squats DONE
Day 7 - 80 squats DONE

Yup I went to a body pump class today and counted my squats and crunches and i managed to complete today's count within the class...bonus!

Just popping in to say i've had to give up the challenge :-(

I'm on the waiting list for physio therapy as both my knees have been getting worse and since doing the challenge they have got more worse and even gave way on this weekend.

It might be a coincidence but i'm not taking any chances, I think I might look for an arm based challenge instead!

Thanks all, perhaps looking back doing squats when I've got bad knees wasn't a good idea, my leg muscles feel great though!

Its best to let them heal. Squats and lunges put a lot of pressure on your joints x
