Cas's weightloss diary x

Thanks Ladies, I will do :) I'm ok at the moment, going back to hospital later so its going be a busy day.

My oh is on this silly diet basically his taking these drops to suppress his appetite and then he basically got live off steak, chicken and the odd veg and apple. Its costing a fortune! I want him to do well on it but be gutted if he loses more than me ha, so going back to 1200 cals and no takeaways this month.

Food:

B- cuppa and special k bar.

L- Jacket spud and coleslaw

D- Chicken, loads of veg, small potato.

S- Special K bar, 2 nu cereal bar, apple.

Total 1000 cals so got a few left over, I probably use them tonight.

Exercise-130 mins of walking.

I've eaten all my snacks so going be digging in to my spare 200 cals might have a kitkat tonight!! but I have burnt off over 600 cals today :)

I seen that, well done! How u holding up? X
 
Just got in going have my dinner I know its late but been up hospital; but I reckon I'll fancy something sweet before bed, was going try and stick to 8 hr diet but I'll struggle to much- how you doing? I check your diary in min x

I always eat a bit later, I have dinner with my husband when girls r in bed as he gets in too late for us to eat with.him x
 
Hey Cas , enjoy the kit kat if you have one! I noticed there are some new flavoured chunky ones- hazelnut looks delish xx
 
I weighed myself and I've basically stayed the same so going skip wi tomorrow, also bit confused I've got 3 set scales and the weight is different on all 3! so starting fresh today, i'm still going calorie count but going try eat more sw foods when I can always find I have better losses doing that:

B- cuppa

L- Potato mix veg, fried in fry light so basically bubble n squeak.

D-Chicken breast with seasoning , carrots, green beans potato.

S-2 alpen light, 2 special k bars, apple, seal bar and cheese curls.

Cals so far: 1200

I think you both deserved a decent loss, you both been trying so hard :) I don't know what to do, feeling a bit down and shattered so I'm eating for energy! I'm going stick with calorie counting just adding up my snacks and if I was doing sw I would of gone way over on syns! so going stick with calorie counting and aim to eat 1300 cals a day and no high days at the weekend.

Oh as finished his diet lasted 5 days!! watching him eat so little was making me starving!!
 
Well done Sparkle for getting back on diet, great start to the new year :)

I weighed in and I was pound lighter but not going take it as an actual loss, just going wait till next week. I'm having today off from dieting so start fresh in the morning its really been a horrible week.

Went out with oh to wimpy had a lovely burger yummy and Maisie had my chips xx
