Yeah he came home on thurs, at the moment we've taking it in turns with care as my nan can't do it by herself. As for diary I don't always stick to plan I did great in December and November. I need to set myself some new goals, how you getting on xx

Oh just stuffed half pack of chocolate biscuits!! I love a nice chocolate biscuit with a cuppa when its cold x I've had a pain in the side of my stomach for last 6 days any ideas what it is xx

I got a slow cooker and I have no idea how to use it so any ideas for simple meals xx

i love my slowcooker, i do meat with onions in gravy (usually beef or chicken) chicken with a jar of curry sauce poured over it, the house smells gorgeous with that bubbling away I've even made a chilli in it xxxx
