Normally Monday to keep me on track I haven't got a goal amount of cals for the weekend what I am going to do is add what ever i haven't used during the week ie up to 1200 and add that in to Saturdays 1200 so so far I have an extra 320 from the last two days cosI have been super good so that would give me 1500 for sat so far and still have three days to go, downside is I have a 21st birthday birthday to go to I am driving so only on diet coke but need to dodge the Buffett, good luck for Friday might suprise yourself x
Thanks, well a few mths ago I tried the same dress on in 16 and it looked lovely, I'm not normally a dress person, but now I've lost a lot of my weight feeling bit more confident but the dress I liked sold out and manage to get the last 14 which fits but would like to feel a bit more lighter in it xx
I've not worn a proper dress for such a long time!! I always look huge in pic's but I'll be brave
