Yay! Well done SBS! We both managed a loss even though we have felt ravenous at times this week! As you say a loss is still a loss, onwards and downwards! x Here's to a good week! x
 
Was ikkle disappointed this morning, but as day gone on i feel really motivated so onward & upward.

We are surrounded by people who are reporting big losses

a. because they were naughty over Xmas and are now only losing what they have gained

or

b. because they are new to the plan and are having generous newbie losses

but us slowies will win in the end!

Plan for sat (at my mums for weekend as going to fancy dress party in evening where there will be a buffet so saved some syns this week just in case will power not 100% when had few drinks which will be synned)

Sat 14 Jan - EE day

Brunch - Bacon, eggs, Mushrooms & chopped toms

Tea - Chicken Tagine (5 syns for bit of oil, olives, apricot)

Taking stuff to your Mums is a great way of keeping on track - well done you for the good planning

I think I'd go EE for party day - as you just don't know what'll be on the buffet (and your having bacon for brunch)

I'm going as the Queen of Hearts, Marks the Mad Hatter & Maddys Alice - i can't wait, i'm like a child im soooo excited hehe x

My mums prob got stuff in for me (she's being really supportive) but thought if i took with me, i'll be in control.
Are you having a good week? Noticed you'd been out on the bike. Marks is still away for the winter, but he's itching to get it out - and then i get my car back lol x

Only popped out for a few miles, the weather last Sat was amazing so I thought why not, the battery needed a charge - so it was ideal

Well, I thought I'd had a good week, but the scales decided to STS - nevermind, next week !

Was a great night, laughing drinking & dancing (body magic lol) and just as good, I saved syns all week and the buffet was rubbish (didn't have much & what there was didn't fancy) so didn't use any syns. So hopefully will mean have good result on tue wi (a sp on my scales :scale: showing a 1.5lb loss :p) so fingers crossed x

only 42 syns so far this week so going to treat myself to some minstrels (Minstrals - 63g = 16 syns) melted slightly in the micro (middle goes soft & shell stays crunchy)

so 58 syns for week (try not to have any syns monday ready for wi Tue am) x
