Was very very good wine - £12 a bottle :eek: but absolutely lush and i didn't pay for it so even better x

Jkt pot, 3/4 tin baked beans & 45g low cheese (yummy) (HEX B) chinese leaf lettuce with salad light

Tea - Quorn tagine (Quorn, toms, peppers, onions, chickpeas, chili, garlic & ras el hanout spice, honey) 1.5 syns with noodles (ran out of couscous)

Rice pudding (made with HEX A Skimmed milk) - lush. Cooked it slowly so tastes like proper rice pudding. Gutted when finished cause wanted more lol x

Got up really late 1.45pm (Mark took day off so he could do school run etc as i've been so tired lately)

Chinese leaf salad (salad light & lots of red peppers) 10g parmesan (HEX B - will have 20g later with tea) & caramilised onion chutney (2 syns)

B4 Zumba - HM veg soup (carrot, broc & cauli)
Tea (milk -HEX A) & Fibre Plus Bar (HEX B)

After - Either quorn tagine (left overs) with rest of my HEX B parmesan
Strawberries, quark & sweetner

I know at the weekend we're often in bed 'til lunchtime -
But that's just 'cos we like a few cuppas and a chat

As Ali said, maybe you should se the quack - might be a lack of some nutrient that is easily remedied
 
I've suffered with severe M.E a couple of times (2 year in bed both times) in last 10 year and since then it doesn't take much for me to ova do it. So sort of resigned myself that will always be tired - it doesn't matter how much i sleep, i never feel refreshed (i just push through & don't acknowledge im tired)

Yes, I knew about the M.E. and was just a bit concerned in case you were in for a relapse :(

Thanks. Mark keeps a close eye on me, thats why told me to stay in bed today (apparently thought i was crashing sunday). Promised him would have a quiet week.
think i must be run down to as got lots of mouth ulcers, so gonna up the vitamins, Echinacea etc. will be ok as long as can keep going till spring (winter allways bad for me!)

Admit i must be run down cause as well as mouth ulcers etc I've now got stomach ache & a pain in my right kidney. So going to drink lots & lots and get a pick me up tonic from chemist. I need some sun!!!!

Well been to doctors - apparently had chest infection & my body is not coping & thats why kidney hurting. Given a course of antibiotics & told to drink lots & lots so hopefully will feel better in a few days. x

Seriously impressed i managed to sit at my cousins (feeling ill) suurounded by people drinking LOTS and eating crisps, cheese & bread while i drank diet coke / slimline tonic and only ate a Muller yog. Self Control in buckets!!!!
