Eating right to be slimbysummer

Nervous about weigh in, in morning.
I know i shouldn't do sp on scales but all week its said at least 1.5lb (1 day it showed at 2lb loss) low and behold today its gone back up and now only showing a 0.5lb loss, which would still be a loss - but think i'd be a bit disappointed with that.
Really hoping for 1.5 - 2lb

thanks - had so much fun just putting the outfits together (and cost me small fortune which dont have :eek:) but worth it i think. When i was a school all those moons ago, i wanted to go to drama school & work in the theatre so think on occassions like this i go a little mad lol x

Mark started on sw last wk (at home) & lost 6.5lb at wi this morning so got to compete with him now hehe x

Never made it before but i fryed off lots of onions, mushrooms, garlic, s&p then added in the spaghetti. then stired in 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks & 60g quark. When cooked topped with the parmesan.
Have to say didn't taste like carbonara (much drier than i expected) but still yummy (mark's requested i make it again so must be good lol)

Have you got diff recipe?

As you know I'm no cook(!) and having never made a carbonara before I didn't have much of a clue! I made mind by frying off lots of mushrooms & garlic and I made a 'sauce' by adding philly, a little milk and an egg, stirred in the spaghetti et voila!

Haven't had it since!
