Blueberries, raspberries with yoghurt

Pasta with onions, mushrooms, sweetcorn, ham & ikkle bit laughing cow (1/2 HEX A)
Velvet crunch (4 syns)

B4 Zumba - more pasta from earlier
After - Big bowl of lettuce with salad light
Raspberries, % Total yog

Weekly syns: 92.5

Dont' feel like had bad week but sp on scales showing a gain :eek: - dont' think EE works for me :sigh: - see what happens in morning x

My hubby recons he could eat the butter chicken every meal which is a huge compliment as he puts HP sauce or Vinegar on EVERY meal :eek:

Back from wi - 0.5lb loss
Nice surprise cause expected a gain. Also puts me in the 11's (which pychologically is really nice)

Stomach bloated & supposed to * wk Thursday so any loss is a good loss.
Not sure EE works for me, so going back to Red & Green days from today

Today - Tuesday 7th Feb - Red day

2 x Tea with milk (1/2 HEX A)
10.30 Options choc at group - 2 syns

1.30 - Sardine Salad (lettuce, salad light, sardines in tom sauce, 22g low cheese 1/2 HEX A) & 1 wm pitta (HEX B)

6.15pm - 3 strawberries & %total, sweetner
2 slices thin ham
Few mouthfulls of Vanilla Yog

8pm Tea - Steak, swede & carrot, brocolli
1 Large glass of Red wine (8.5 syns)

4 Kiwi fruits

1 HEX A
1 HEX B

You seem to be losing at a similar rate to me - I started 18th Jan last year and was in the 11s at the end of May :)

Uh oh!

Prepare for a long hard slog to get into the 10s!! :rolleyes:

I don't care anymore how slow as long as it comes off - its the sts i would struggle
with. Lets just hope it comes off in the end eh! x

Quorn meatballs (Toms, Garlic, onion, mushrooms, peppers, herbs) & spaghetti

Thur – Green day

Egg, chips & Beans

Fri – Red Day

Not helped by fact that i'm in the process of making cake pops for Maddys school so all that yummy uncooked cake mixture & butter cream :eek:

Supposed to be trying to save syns this week as going to best mates on Fri night (haven't seen her for 3 months so lots to catch up on) & so no control over food & there will be alcohol (poss lots of it :rolleyes:)

Even if i behave all week, will only get an ikkle loss so maybe a couple of nights off won't do any harm :confused:
 
The cake smelt / looked sooooo good when it came out of the oven i ate a 2" x 1" piece (sneaked off maddys plate) - was lush but now i want more lol

Why do hormones make you want sweet stuff - or is that just me?

Just had thought - i'm on a green day so i can make some rice pudding (still got a HEX A left i think)

Also had 2 pancakes made with porridge & eggs so prob had too much to eat better than stuffing face with choc / cake x

Today 9th Feb - Green day

Porridge pancakes (porridge - 1 HEX B, 3 eggs, 165g Vanilly yog & sweetner) with strawberries & vanilla yog

Lunch - last nights left ova tom sauce (mushroom, onion, peppers) with tiny bit of spaghetti
Remainder of porridge pancakes
Velvet crunch (4 syns)

Tea - Egg, chips & beans and slice of WM bread (HEX B) - felt soooo good & soooo naughty :drool:
Cake pop (5 syns?)

Feel like all i did was eat all day but on a positive note i stuck by my plan of not eating in the evening at all.

(at friends over night, going out for tea & then drinkies, then out for lunch Sat dinner) - only used 26 syns so far & planning on behaving from Sat night to weigh in with hope i get a little loss (I need one to keep me motivated) or at worse case scenario a STS

Tea with milk (HEX A)
WM Pitta (HEX B) filled with baked beans & 1 laughing cow EL (as part of HEX A)

Lunch - HM Veg soup (carrot, broc, leeks)
3 new potatoes with butter bud (0.5 syns)

Shortbread biscuit (???? syns)

Vegetarian meal at restaurant:
Half pitta, hummous, salad, chili sauce
Gado Gado (brown rice, stir-fry, tofu, satay sauce, coconut milk) - divine!
Lumpy bumpy choc cake with ice-cream & cream (shared)
1 glass Rose wine
1 bottle Becks
2 Vodka & slimline tonic

Followed later by dorito's :eek:

I can't imagine a 3-gallon tub of ice cream but I CAN imagine a toddler!!! Well done us!!!

Only loosing 0.5lb when i'm good so going to enjoy whatever i eat & drink tonight & tomoz but prob mean I have a gain Tue am - so will try not to get stressed bout it lol
