Think been combination of few things - but do find it hard to be motivated when things cropping up food wise i can't control. My hormones are all over the place & been going through some horrid emotional stuff about something that happened to me in the past.
I do desp want to do this, so started a new thread whereby i will do this 1 day at a time & come up with something positive (a ikkle nsv each day) to try & motivate me.
Had lots of days off in Feb so suppose i should be greatful i've not gained weight but desp want to loose 4lb to get my 2 stone award (feels like a lifetime since got 1.5 award lol). Got another 1.5 - 2 stone yet to loose so only half way there.
Your doing really well, so please keep kicking me if i slip up.
