Back on the straight & narrow - day started with 2 hr spa & swim - total bliss. Then out for lunch then shopping - perfect girls day out!

Sat 11 Feb - Green day

Tea with milk (1/2 HEX A)
Strawberries

Jacket pot, beans & salad - ikkle bit of caulslow (2 syns?)

Tea - Chicken & Mushroom pasta n sauce (made with water) - ikkle mushrooms filled with blue cheese (??? syns) and lots of salad
Raspberries, quark & sweetner

& soooo much water

Girly day out was just what i needed. Today, just normal stuff - although lots of ironing to do and sooooooooooo can't be bothered so sat watching tv at moment lol

Todays food: Sun 12 Feb - red day

Tea with milk (1/2 HEX A)
Banana

Massive bowl of fresh pineapple
HM Veg soup (Leek, carrot & Broc)
WM pitta (HEX B) with salad & 21g low cheese (1/2 HEX A) and onion chutney (2 syns)
Raspberries, quark & sweetner

HiFi bar (HEX B)
Roast chicken (hot out of the oven - yummy)

Tea - sticky pork & veg stir-fry (4 syns)

Def on for a gain this week (and deserved)- went to cousins last night for glass of wine & it all got bit emotional. so wine + emotion = food & more alcohol

So on top of yesterdays food (& friday night's night off) i had
3 Large glasses red wine
2 Large Vodka's
Lots of bombay mix
2 pks Velvet crunch
2 heart shaped chocolates
Few teeth shape sweeties

And next week - got lunch out at friends Wed dinner (def not syn free) & out for a mexican wed night, tea out at friends Thur - so looks like next week might not be brill either.

Week after that i can't get to group (in hosp having little op on my wrist) so Feb will be a super low loss month - so focusing on March already x

Tea (after WI) - Tuna steaks (marinated in chili / soy sauc) with new potatoes (butter bud - 0.5 syns) & lots of veg

Morning flower - just popping in to say well done on that ickle gain - could have been worse ;) and fab that you are cool with it - it's the only way to be! :)

I have been totally angelic for the past 8 days so am very hopeful of a loss tomorrow! Fingers crossed for me!!!!

Funnily enough, my social life isn't normal this exciting lol. But maddy's been away all week at my mums so making the most of it hehe.

LAst night was brill. Watched a Reggae band in this bar and danced all night (body magic???? to counteract the alcohol)

Had 2 vodka's while getting ready
then 3 x Desperado's (bottle larger with
hint tequila)
Diet coke
Pint of Becks
Another vodka when we came back to my house
oops & a pkt of velvet crunch & 1 piece of choc
= about 70 syns :eek:

But todays another day. So not worrying now, just start again (actually behaving!) from today. No more events to throw me off track (out next sat night but i can take my drink & food with me so thats ok).

ahhhh - slipped again (where has all my will power gone at moment???)
