Have you been logging your eats on MFP? What do you think of it?

Loving mfp - but ive eaten more because of it - and lost weight, so going to keep doing mfp this week & then see whst happens x

Ive messed around for last 2 days and will poss pay the price for this on tuesday - prob because neither sw or cc and cant cook anything myself. Also desp need to do food shopping and i cant go get it so going to go back to sw till arms better and then no weighing & measuring. then after will try cc again x

Its ikkle better. Doesn't hurt as much as did but its so weak. From what people telling me I've another month to six wks yet before can expect to back to normal then got to have left wrist done.

I wanted to stick with sw but proving difficult wen I can't do any of the cooking so if I just keep bout 1400 Cal's then any loss is a bonus x

Has today been any easier less hungry lol

Weird but I've not been hungry today! Just had gorgeous tea with stuffed mushrooms and half a bottle of fizz and I've still got 300 cals left!!

I think the next thing I need to do is work out which foods keep me going for longer ... Just for those hungry days IYKWIM?
 
Yes carpel tunnel - started with it 8.5 yrs ago wen preg but got steadily worse till unbearable now adays. Runs in my family too.
Hav u noticed our heights weight losses and injuries are very similar, its just I'm not Welsh (although marks from anglesey lol). X

Check out a GI food list as they are supposed to keep u full for ages

I literally put some also mixed veg (carrot cauli broc) in a pan with 3 veg stock cubes and covered with hot water. When cooked added salt and pepper and blitzed. The only cooking I cud do with one hand lol x

Did you go out for a walk today hun? Bet that made you feel better :)

I walked to hospital (45 min there & 45 min back) cause couldnt drive. Enjoyed it but tired after cause not moved off sofa for 2 wk lol
