How did you get on at the hospital?

I've no idea other than I'm more aware of portion control since mfp but I've also been taking kelp supplement as my thyroid not been working right so think that's helping. Went hospital yday they've taken stitches out, feels OK but bit stiff and very weak. Got to go back in two wks. X

Wi tomoro. My scales been showing a 1.5lb loss all week till today - serious pmt and scales now saying sts so no idea what to expect at official weigh in now. But I have been good ALL week so if not this wk will show next eh x
