Well I have to say I'm very proud of you!
MFP is absolutely spot on with me so far ... signed up for 1/2lb per week and that is what is coming off, lol. Would love to see a bit more come off on the scales but don't want to eat below my BMR ... just afraid that it will start to affect my already quite low metabolism.
I would love to discover that by eating more I could lose more weight but it's just to scary to try!
How many cals are you eating now? I think you are around the 1250 mark which is lower than me ...
