Saw consultant today and while its healing ok I need pysiotherapy to get it working right. Its still very sore & aches a lot but each day it gets better thanks.

Doesn't look like a hungry day hun :l Are you eating enough?

Tea ended up being changed to big bowl of Tuna, rice, chopped toms & some salad cream - (i had 15 mins to make & eat something before going out again lol)

My meals looked really big at the time - but an hr later i was hungry again. My cals for the day were 1400 so not sure. Life really busy at moment, and not getting chance to sit down till fall in to bed so that could be why im so hungry. At home today & tomorrow so will just see how i go on today.

Beyond that apart from lots of walking at wkend I've done nothing differently.

Hang in there hun. And have to say ur not fat!!!!! Ive seen ur pics. So stop that!

Well I have to say I'm very proud of you! :)

MFP is absolutely spot on with me so far ... signed up for 1/2lb per week and that is what is coming off, lol. Would love to see a bit more come off on the scales but don't want to eat below my BMR ... just afraid that it will start to affect my already quite low metabolism.

I would love to discover that by eating more I could lose more weight but it's just to scary to try!

How many cals are you eating now? I think you are around the 1250 mark which is lower than me ...

Sneaky peek shows 10.13.5 this morning - desperate to see 10.13 on Thursday!

If u got low metabolism why dont u try the kelp. Totally natural so no side effects / issues. Has ur doctor tested ur thyroid? Hope u get the result u want Thur + keep going. Any loss is a loss x
