Chili was good, but was so hungry (only just eaten and its 9.25pm) I ate a m+s salad (8 syns) while waiting and then had few tortilla chips + spoonful of creme fraiche with it. Now having a vodka hehe

Today's cals bout 1400 so OK so far - but watch this space. X
 
Is pleased to report she only had 1 vodka and declined pudding (hot Choc fudge cake and cream). Will power or wot! X

During day was just busy then a couldn't work out what to eat so didn't eat properly but def made up for it at teatime. Had plateful and enjoyed every mouthful.

Promise to eat right tomoz. When I'm over tired I can't function right so gonna have early night then will be ok again. But thanks for worrying X

That's a very low cal day hun! How are you finding it these days? Have to say sometimes I'm really hungry! Today, eg, Fruit & Fibre, prawn sarnie, fruit then taco's for tea ... all my cals gone! Now I'm hungry.com :(

I did my Wii Zumba for the first time tonight - good fun! How do you work out the cals burnt??

Cal's today were 1300 ish I think cause discovered wispa bites lol

Must admit cause very aware of Cal's i've really cut down on portion sizes but think I needed too and fm sw perspective I use my syns better but some days I'm starving (these are the days I wish I could just do sw and not think of Cal's) then I could have more food lol. Now wondering if I ate too much on sw rather than not enough.

As for Cal's burnt doing zumba - it would be bout same as high intensity aerobics. What did u think? Did u enjoy it? X

Weigh in morning (last one at group cause after that going to save money and wi at home) - but after last wks loss not expecting much.
