Eating right to be slimbysummer

Weigh in 11st 7lbs (so lost 2.5lb in last 2 wk - not much considering hardly eaten much in last 10 days but still a loss + still not well) x
 
Finally feeling better and stopped feeling sick BUT good job really cause had other wrist operated on today so another few wks of doing nothing. Not sure how will affect weight loss/gain but going to try not to worry x
 
Glad you're feeling better - at long last,
I know you thought you'd have a bigger loss, but 2.5 is great, especially as you probably haven't eaten enough recently, that's almost as bad weight-wise as eating too much ( although it does sound weird!)

Hope your wrist doesn't give you too much pain
 
Weigh this morning 11st 9lb so gain 2lb but got huge bandage on wrist + Ive comfort eaten all wk (friends buying me boxes of choc nor helping cause keep eating them) x

I can't stop eating full stop. Anything + everything in sight + can't say even enjoying it lol x
 
Alive (just lol). had stitches out yday so still sore but bearable.

Food wise eating lots of rubbish and craving junk but felt really down so pure comfort eating.

Weighed self - 11st 9.5lb so thankfully not gained much (the weight i lost while ill went back on immediately started eating again). Would love to be the 11st 3lb I got to in april but just cant get head in gear (the stressful summer has taken its toll).

Another couple wks and can get back to gym which might motivate to behave :) x
 
Well after 6 wks of being ill (no food then lots of comfort eating) I got weighed 11st 11lb so put on the 2.5 I'd lost through not eating plus another 2 (expected worse) but fm today going to endeavour to behave. My hand still swollen and due on which may hav a bearing or not.

If I want to get to 11st 3lb by Xmas Ive 8lb to loose in 5 wk

Not necessarily going to follow sw or count calories but just try + make good choices (not all this bread + junk been eating in vast quantities) x

Bit like me then hun - you'll be fine making healthy choices, it will take the pressure off.

Yippeeeeeeee - Just booked hols. 5 star all inclusive in Alyana Turkey.

So got 6 month to loose 1.5stone
If this doesn't motivate me nothing will.

Back at gym fm 1st Dec and surprisingly can't wait.

Not sure can do sw so going to do no choc, no cakes etc + dinner time LOTS of veg. Will also change fm wine to vodka.
Maybe the slim by summer thought process applies to 2013 (a yr out but as long as get there eh!) X
 
Today's eats:

Tea wi skimmed milk
2 kiwi
Almond nature valley bar

2x ready cooked tesco chilli + coriander king prawns
Graze box (almonds, sultanas + choc honeycomb pieces - so much for no choc lol but so yummy!)

2.5 pints lager

Slice wm bread, Ham, Mayo + cherry tom

Enjoying all the goodies (red wine + cheese and crackers) but from 1st Jan will behave 100% xxx
