Woke up with horrendous tummy ache and craving stodge / cheese on toast

Been having soooo many eggs so wondering if thats why tummy ache (digestive system not been right so went away at wkend).

Wed 9th Jan - green day

4 ryvita (hex B)
1 fried egg (done in fry light) + 28g cheese (hex A)

3 cold boiled potatoes
Watercress salad
Cottage cheese
1 dsp sweet chili sauce (1.5 syns?)
3 piece choc (5 syns)

30 min gym (200 cal) + swam 1/4 mile
Snack - sweet corn, butterbeans + cheese (hex b)

Tea - small portion pasta + Hm tom sauce (peppers, mushrooms, onion + garlic)
Grated cheese (1/2 hex A)
3 pieces of smoked sausage (oops - pinched fm marks plate - 3 syns?)

Cup tea (1/2 hex A)
Banana
2 x mandarin
Hard boiled egg


Total: 2A + 2B + 9.5syns

Thur 10th Jan - better day today/ cheese craving gone (for now) been exchanged for sweet craving. Hormones eh!!!!

Cherry toms
28g low hummus (3 syns)
Left over pepper mushroom onion in tom sauce
Tbsp baked beans

2 x Scan bran fudge cake (5 syns)

Tea - chili salmon (1 syn) stir fry veg + low fat chili super noodle

Supper - left ova's fm tea
1/2 btle Sainsbury's Czech low cal beer (0.5 syn)
Scan bran cake (2.5 syns)
Nibbles liver sausage (3 syns max)

Total - 15 syns

Feel like eaten soooo much in last 3 days. When done sw before Ive never dare use all 15 syns but needed them this week. Will see how affects wi Monday am.

Lots raspberries + ff Greek yoghurt

Snack - 3 raw carrots

Hm carrot + coriander soup
Egg, bacon, mushrooms + chopped toms
Manderine
Syn free pancakes with lemon + sweetner

Tea - 2 hm burgers 1 wm bun (hex b), Hm onion relish + tomatoes

Help!!!! Send self control

Maddy having party / sleep over tonight so 2 cakes in kitchen, huge box of Jaffa cakes + a pizza - what a killer.

Esp on a wk wen all I want to do is EAT!!!
 
Well personally I don't think you have eaten much at all this week which may have something to do with your hunger pangs lol

Oops - didn't realise hm burgers were normal mince not extra lean. And piece of pizza + piece of cake jumped into my mouth lol.

All children in bed although not yet asleep. but danced all night so should be shattered.
Going back to group Monday night as friend wants to join bit doesn't want to do it on their own but aiming to be at goal by 20th May (20lb to loose in 18 wk) x

Lots of slices chicken


Black pepper + lemon salmon
Bachelors savoury rice
Lots of courgettes with sprinkle cheese (1/2 hex a)
Czech low alcohol beer (1/2 syn)

Special k bar (hex b)
Lots slimline tonic
Galaxy Ripple (9 syns)

Total - 12 syns

I had this while my best friend and our daughters sat eating cream cakes - really proud of myself :)

Sainsbury's Czech low alcohol pilsner lager is brill.
Tastes like beer + only 1 syn per bottle.

Would be my new addiction but nearest Sainsbury's is 12 mile away so will hav to make them last x
