Eating right to be slimbysummer

Right enoughs enough - I feel sick of junk food + am ready to get head in gear and get to goal.

Ive put on 7.5lbs so now weigh 12st 2.5lbs - need to loose 23.5lb

20 Wks till I go away so need to do at least 1lb a wk

I'm not doing sw 100% cause got 12 meals in freezer (+ can't afford to go to group) to use (got them free so b silly not to use em) but principles of sw and no junk.
 
31st Dec - today's eats

Cup of tea (skimmed milk)
2 x Banana
Hm carrot + coriander soup

Tea - roast chicken, roast potatoes (done in actifry) + lots of veg
Hm syn free onion gravy
Ww toffee apple yoghurt

Tea wi skimmed milk
Bag of tesco frozen Fruit salad (= cereal bowl full)

1.5 cups tea with skimmed milk
Banana

Carrot + lentil soup
WW strawberry tart yoghurt

Tea - chicken breast fried in ikkle bit sesame oil, hm red pepper sauce + stir-fried mangetout + baby corn with small amount of Hm egg fried rice (peppers, onions, peas, turkey, egg, rice)

Raspberries, sweetner + ff greek yoghurt

Lemon + ginger tea with 1 tsp honey

10pm hungry - small portion of Hm fried rice + 5 baby pickled onions

Well its 4.45 & im still up. Went to bed 10.30pm absolutely shattered but as soon as my head in pillow - bang im wide awake. I stayed in bed till 12.30 then got up & im only just getting tired. Supp to be dropping mark at train station at 6.45 so i can have car so not even going to get 2 hrs sleep (not good!) - think i'll let him take car then walk to get it later so least get bit of sleep. See you all at lunchtime xoxo

I wonder if you were subconsciously aware of having to get up early to take Mark to the station?

Thanks hun. Forced self to get up at 11 but soooo tired. Keeps happening but normally eventually fall asleep. I'm wondering if its cause I read on my phone b4 turning light off so tonight no phone or reading see if that helps x

Hot milk with sweetner (4 syns?)

Going to my mums for weekend to visit lots of friends not seen for ages so no idea what will be eating but asked her not to bake or buy wine in which is what normal happens. It'll be the friends houses which is hardest. But determined not to succuum to any goodies - I want a perfect 1st week!

Oh no!!! I know I shouldn't but had sneaky peak on scales wen got home + despite being soooooo good this week its saying gained weight (2lb) How can that be possible. Was hoping for great first week as ages since did sw.

Let's hope it miraculously disappears over night otherwise going to be gutted

Yes was great - didn't realise how much i missed going back. Went back for a day 6 month ago, but been a year since stayed there.
Goal for 2013 go home more often me thinks x

An equal balance would be nice. Not too often that you crave for home but enough visits to satisfy you and your friends & family :)

Brunch - mushroom, ham, grape omelette (2 egg)

Gym: 40 mins (350 cals) + 1hr Pilate's

Tea: egg chips + beans

Later: back to gym for swim (swam half mile), steam + sauna :) followed by 1/2 bottle low alcohol Czech beer (1/2 syn) + seafood selection (prawns mussels etc)

special k bar (hex b)
French fries (4 syns)
Sw honeycomb (3.5 syns - will eat ova next couple days)

Total syns: 13 syns
