I've not tried that, and you know what a beer monster I am....I have had the Equator (free) that's advertised in the SW mag, only ever found it in Tescos though.

Monday 14th Jan

Weigh in - not sure
My scales broke yday (glass top no longer attached :-/) but thought I'd fixed it(ish)
But this morning they flashed between 2 figures.... 11.12.25 + 11.13

So either lost 1/4lb or 1l/b

All week its said I'd lost a 1lb so not sure what to think.

But going group tonight so will use that as today's weight + then least even if I don't like it least I know it's accurate x

Walk 1.5mile to collect car

3 egg scrambled with chopped ham
35 mins in gym (260 cals) + 1hr Pilate's class

(Prob not best idea to have tea hr before we weigh in but starving lol)

Chicken sw roasties (2 syns) + lots of veg + gravy (2 syns)

Czech low beer (1/2 syn)
Wispa bar (10.5 syns)

Total -14.5 syns

Went to wi at group and was 12st 1lb :-( but determined to get to goal by holidays (18 wk tomorrow)

1 pumpkin seed ryvita (hex b - will have 2 more with lunch)

Lunch -
Hm carrot + coriander soup (carrot, onion, stock) + 2 pumpkin seed ryvita
20g low cheese (1/2 hex b)

Snack - ww toffee apple yoghurt

Tea - weight watchers select butternut squash risotto (6.5 syns)
20g low cheese (1/2 hex b)
Lots of salad (lettuce + spring onions red pepper)
Xmas scan bran cake (2 syns)

Later - sw chips
100ml oatly choc milk (1/2 hex a) - delicious :)

3 ikkle syn free pancakes, 1/3 banana + dsp quark mixed with sweetner

Its Monday evening now.
Good week so far. ... trying to be super positive and hope as a minimum I get 1lb a wk.
* wk started today so just want to sit with hot water bottle today lol. X
