Tea with milk (1/2 hex a)
Syn free pancakes (2 eggs), banana + raspberries and ff Greek yoghurt

45min aerobics/bums + tums
15min swimming
1hr aqua aerobics

Hm carrot + coriander soup
3 pumpkin ryvita (hex b)

Frozen grapes

Tea - chili salmon (2 syns), sw chips and lots of veg (carrot, broc + cauli) with 2 blu cheese laughing cow light on top - 1/2 hex a)

Hey I'm a newbie and just wanted somebody to confirm if I'm on the right track - doing it from home. So today my meal plan was/is:
Breakfast 1 slice of wholemeal bread - toast (HE) with flora light spread and marmalade on - 2 syns?
A Pear mid morning, Lunch was SW veg frittata(eggs, pasta and veg) - free? Will have an apple shortly and I also have a 0% fat shape yoghurt - 0 syns I think? 3 cups of tea with milk over the course of the day (HE) and drinking water otherwise. For dinner I'm planning on chilli con carne - extra lean mince, tinned tomatoes, onions, kidney beans, carrot and mushrooms - all free? No cooking oil used. Was going to save todays syns as I know i'l go over tomorrow!

All sounds good. Esp chili :)
Only bit to be careful with is flora/marmalade - I know its a pain but try + measure what u use so syns accurate. For hex b - bread. U can have 60g so either 2 slices 400g loaf or if its a 800g normal Sz loaf just cut crusts off 2 slices + weighs 60g (400g loaf too thin for me).

I first joined sw sept 2011 and list 2.5st by march 2012 but after lots of stress last summer I'd gone back up to 12st 1 but back on track (11st 12lb at moment) and determined to get to goal of 10st 7lb by may 20th (holiday) x
 
I'd say a teaspoon of each on my toast is that 1 syn each? Bread was 800g loaf but 1 slice usually does me anyway - need crusts on! That sounds a decent loss you had in 6 months. I don't really have a set goal weight or anything i just want to slim down a bit as sitting at a desk for 10 years has made me a bit chubbier than I'd like. Wondering wether to buy scales and do it properly

Rather than scales why not just got off ur measurements than can be more motivating than watching numbers on a scale :)

Just checked + 1level tsp flora is 1.5 syns plus marmalade which is 0.5 syns per tsp :) x

Turkey (freezer defrosted so needed using)

2 butter buds (1 syn) in smashed celeriac
Carrots, broc + cauli
Gravy (1 syn)
Skinny cow mint double choc lolly (5 syns)

Mmmmm tea out at friends cancelled so now going to have to cook. But what????? Didn't defrost anything :-/
 
Ahhhhhhhhh I want cake - preferably with lots of cream + icing on it :)

Had turkey, pot + veg but bit dry. Filled a gap but didn't we enjoy it.
Didnt have any cake or anything sweet- although no idea how I resisted esp wen mark + maddy had biscuits lol.
Still got sugar craving today so may hav to go tesco + make half syn roulade :)

How u doing? Hav u decided what to do - stick with cc or do sw for few wks (Ive got the new books so if u need to know any syns/changes just ask x

Think the 1/2 syn roulade is a good idea if it will satisfy you sugar craving!

2 chicken gougons (5.5 syns)

Syn free lemon curd pudding (lemon, sweetner + fromage frais)

Late Tea - chili salmon (2 syns) + smashed celeriac
Low fat chili noodles

Its ok. Not brill as didnt set (i added extra yog) but def hits sweet spot for hardly any syns. But the burgers were soooo good I didn't eat much cause I was already full ;-)

BTW thanks for looking at my diary. How long have u been doing sw? X

Hi - this time since 2 jan! have to keep going - I get to the stage where I lose a bit then lose focus and drop off!! I'm doing it in my own and considering signing up online to get access to all syns to make life easier - do you go to a club and how long have you been doing it?

Done it at home + group.
Joined initially 1st sept 2011 + lost 2.5st by march 2012 but then tried to do it at home and lost + gained same lb ova + ova again till admitted defeat and then due to lots of stress didn't do anything till sept 2012 went back to group weighing 12st (gain of 11lb) and within 4wks lost 5lb but then had to stop going again due to being really I'll and put all back on again.
Joined group again 2 wk ago and was 12st 1lb
Determined to keep going to group always (even wen I get to goal) as I think I need that support/focus

Want to be at goal in 16wk as thats wen I go away but as all inclusive hol expecting to put some on but then I'll be straight back on it wen I get back

If u join online or go to group you get as access to lots of extras to slimming world + the new books but in meantime if u need to know anything I'll try to help :)
