Good morning sweets, can I ask for your soup recipe?? Sounds yum but not made this one x
I slowly fry (lots of fry light) chopped onion for 3 mins then add ground coriander (I use bout dessert spoonful but up to you) + pepper and continue to fry for another couple mins.
Then add sliced carrots + veg stock (been using stock pots cause tasty but not salty). I Use lots stock.
Cook 20 mins then start to blitz it. Wen half blitzed I add LOTS of fresh coriander (I always try to have lots of chopped coriander in freezer) + blitz again.
