Out for day....lunch at harvesters:
2 bowls of salad (lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, sweet corn, onion + peppers) with blue cheese dressing (7 syns)
Then.....
1/2 spit roast chicken (no skin) + 4oz steak with oven baked jkt potato (only ate bit) + peas. Diane sauce (1.5 syns)

10pm - raspberries, sweetner + ff Greek yoghurt

Total 8.5 syns but not had hex today

My Slimming world Goals:

1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs (4.5lb lost /2.5lb to go)
2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012)
3rd goal - loose 9.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs by 21st May when i go away

Just realised achieved my first goal :)

Morning sweet - are you having a good week?

Yes although got a cold so craving sweet stuff (nothing new there lol) but resisted so far.
Took some pics of me in bikini + was so freaked out determined to be good lol.

How's the tummy today? My mil who's an aromatherapist suggested 2 drops peppermint oil in glass of cordial/sparkling water etc which calmed my tummy down quickly (looked 6 month pregnant 1 night, had the drink + within 2 hrs was more or less normal) - might b worth a try x
