Alright? Poo to bloat .. hope the scales weren't too unkind tonight xx

Took water tablet as so bloated which helped

Lost 2.5lbs (mainly water me thinks) - now 11st 7lb

Got half stone award + bronze and silver body magic awards (love my stickers lol)

Tell me more about these water tablets lol - you've mentioned them before :)

Called Bumetanide 1mg - people normally given them if hold water + suffer with high blood pressure but I just take 1 every so often when I bloat as my fingers swell up soooo much.
Take 1 then spend next hr running to toilet lol x

Rice, tuna, onion + 40g primula light (1/2 hex a)
1 tsp honey in twinnings lemon green tea (1 syn)

Lemon hifi bar (hex b)

Tea - Mushypea curry + rice

Raspberry half syn roulade (1/2 syn)

Bacon, egg, mushrooms, butter bud (1/2 syn), HP sauce (1 syn) + wm teacake (hex b)

Tea - BBQ chicken (Colman's shake + season - 1.5 syns)
Red peppers, mushroom's, onions
Sauteed courgettes

Toffee Scan bran cake (2.5 syns)

Not sure why this time diff but my heads def in gear + I do go to gym a lot (apart fm when I was ill i religiously go 3 times a wk + have done for 7 month)
Lets hope it lasts eh x
 
That's brill - I need to get off my bum!!

I miss it now wen I don't go - never thought I'd feel like that. Does help that I can gov with my friend + the gym has a pool, steam room, sauna + jacuzzi ;-p

Tea - hm burgers (lean mince so 3 syns) in wm bun (hex b) sw chips + lots fried onions, peppers + mushrooms + gherkins
30g cheese ( hex a)
Asda mayo (5 syns)

Bournville Chocolate (12 syns)
1 sm piece white chic (1.5 syns)

Total 27.5 syns (over but saved some fm Tue + wed night)

Looks like a tasty day there....if you're feeling rough, don't overdo it!!

Think I'm gonna start swimming - I enjoy it, except for getting dried afterwards lol

I know what u mean bout getting dry lol. Add talc to ur gym/swim bag :) + don't give a stuff at state of floor wen ur finished hehe x

1/2 wispa (5 syns)

Starving wen got home so made mushy pea curry + savoury rice
