Live a roast me - haven't had one in weeks, maybe this week

I like one normally but my mil has come to stay and she cooked it b4 setting off. So the chicken had sat in fat for 5 hrs + the veg had been soooo over cooked there was no taste or goodness left lol x
 
Mon 1st April

Cup hot water wi lemon before 1hr circuit class (hardest class Ive ever done in my life)

Wm bread (hex b) toasted with baked beans + 2 eggs
Sliced ham

While out shopping...
2 Bananas
1 small warm ring donut (sat on beach so be rude not too)
1 bite marks cherry bake well cake
1 bite marks caramel snicker bar

Chicken, rice, sauteed courgette, mushrooms + lots if stir fry veg

2 syn choc cake (options choc + 1 egg, sweetner) raspberries + quark mixed with ikkle bit of sweetner

Should have added there's lots left as she made enough for my brother in law + son who didn't stay for tea so happy to send to anyone who wants to try it hehe x

Hot milk (1/2 hex a) with sweetner

Was all yummy. got meal out + lots of alcohol Fri night + out again sun evening so even if I'm super good in between I think I'll be on for a gain this week. But as long as not more than 1lb I won't mind. X

40min body conditioning at gym + 10 min on criss trainer then 10 min spin session + some swimming /sauna+steam

Lg Salad (sf) with ham, cherry toms (sf), grapes (sf) cottage cheese +1 poached egg

Tea - grilled salmon, roasted veg - onions (sf) courgette (sf) + red pepper (sf) plus aunt Bessie swede + carrot (sf)
Muller Greek style lemon yoghurt (1/2 syn)

Bite galaxy ripple (4 syns)
Left ova roasted veg fm tea

I love Harvester - it's so easy to be on plan there, mind, I don't do desserts anyway.

Blimey - out 3 times in one week - you are a little raver lol

I didn't stay on plan exactly - meal choice i did but i was naughty + chose to have extra syns on sauces etc. But it was good :)

As for going out - thankfully its not a normal week otherwise I'd never get to goal lol x

Well, if I'm being super good, I take my own extra light mayo, and avoid any salad that isn't 'naked', if not, I do like a few sprinkles lol

You'll get to goal - just not this week lol

Fri 5th April - not having good week sw wise so struggling to stay focused but if I don't I'll be gutted Monday night.

Meal tonight will be lush but its the wine which'll up the syns but don't see best mate very often now due to living away so going to enjoy it ;-)

Not adding today's diary as no point! X
