Still got sore throat + cold but feel more energetic.
The hormones are not good tho. Feel sorry fort family lol
Going to see specialist on 2 wk so hoping he'll have some suggestion as to how to manage the symptoms.

Ah don't worry about family! Mark & co will understand ;) Are you taking Evening Primrose Oil? Mum swore by it and I have started taking it ... symptoms are a bit better for me this month

Ear is still being a pain but trying to resist sticking something in there!

I did that and now its worse. Thinking of trying warm olive oil - apparently that works x

The doctor prescribed me olive oil but its done naff all so far!

Oh no. I'd not tried it just what I'd heard. Will Google other options :) x

I am promise just was up and out this morning hence banana on the go and then had big fry up for lunch and will have tea in half hr or so when finished sorting out garage :) x
 
Ahhhh my body really doesn't like me at the moment. Sat watching TV last night + suddenly felt pain in my shoulder + neck - it seems Ive trapped a nerve so I'm in agony. Trying to sleep was futile. Taking strong ibrophrofen + using deep heat but cant move much without pain :-/
What's going on? Body falling apart quickly.
