Weigh in tonight + while Ive been good Ive not eaten as much super free as normal as not sure what scales will show. Will be happy with a 1lb bit with my body who knows.

Busy day ahead so will be case of grabbing what I can x

Hi hun. I can actually say today I feel good. Shoulder still tad sore but getting better but feel positive today. Sun shining helps. X u ok? X

9 - 10am - 1hr body pump (soooo hard)

10.25 - After workout I'm starving...
