Oh I forgot to say Amy :) I have MFP but I prefer my net diary, it's similar, but not got the social aspects to it really, I find it a lot easier to use though :) I'm having a lot more to eat for breakfast now too, that all bran crunch is very tasty and fills you up

I'll have to look at that.
Does it have a mobile App? I make myself enter stuff before i eat it to make me more aware of the calories so its easier on my phone.

Is it just me or does time seem to go really slowly when your dieting lol and when your not, months can just fly by!

I'm wide awake at the mo, hungry really, which is I've found a common thing with calorie counting, wondering what to have for breakfast tomorrow haha

I'm getting my gym membership tomorrow, looking forward to it really, I've enjoyed going to the gym the past few days, my job is mega hectic too, working in a busy cafe, it honestly never stops, gonna easily drop the weight haha

We are planning a holiday for end of November, start of December, currently looking at Goa, I'm hoping to of lost Atleast two stone by then, if not more, my goal weight would be amazing, but that's a stone a month starting now lol don't think that's very realistic haha

Boyfriend wants to go back to Vegas next sept too, I want to deffo be a Skinnie minnie for then as last time I felt frumpy,

Jumped on the scales earlier, I'm 3lbs down from last Thursday, not bad really despite all the alcohol I drank on Saturday haha

3lb loss is ace ! Well done you! Do you like veg? If you are hungry I find a bowl of salad with a few bits of chicken or 1/2 can tuna totally fills me up. Or an apple or a punnet of raspberries all reaaally low cal and take you a while to munch them compared to a chocolate bar/icecream/pombears which I inhale at a rate of knots.
 
I sometimes will have a bowl of carrots cooked with gravy for a dinner or tea haha if its a tea I chuck in some potatoes :-D

Just sweatted my arse off at the gym, I'm gonna loose it really quickly at this rate, feeling really good tbh!

My membership for proof haha

Its a proper man gym, has the smallest area for cardio, it's a body building gym, lots and lots of iCandy haha my fella goes when I go he's a body builder, I do feel quite conscious though infront of him, but it's starting to wear off now

Glad you're doing good! & congrats on the new job too!

I'm okay, been AWOL again but after toying with various diets lately I've settled on calorie counting and will be back tomorrow :) xx

I always find myself back to calorie counting, it does indeed work, and it's easy, I guess most diets work if you stick to them lol but SW and meal replacements are the least ones you feel like you can eat with normality if you get me,

Boyfriend and I have decided babies are on the cards next October, goal now is to loose this weight for a lovely holiday in Goa in December, and gonna go back to Vegas next september for a holiday, I deffo wanna be buff by then haha x

I did join WW but I just can't justify paying the £20 a month membership to lose weight when calorie counting is just as effective and free! And yeah it's normal too, it's healthy and effective and sustainable & that's what I need!!

Just thought I'd post this lol

This is what we call the naughty cupboard in our house, it's brimming with chocolate bars sweets biccys nuts crisps, all sorts of naughty things haha I'm not gonna empty it, but I think having a bit of what you fancy every now and again is ok, I have curly wurlys little mini bags of biccys and I actually bought some skittle packs last night at 181cals per box, not bad really haha

My bf has a major sweet tooth he's a git and only gains weight at Xmas tho lol
