Well done with your losses MLM and Rosie. Rosie..I did 7800 steps yest, and will do that 3 times a week or 4 if I can. Will update my exercise as can't swim or do gym now.. but can walk :)

I nearly had a slip up last night, I really got the munchies last night after my tea, my chocolate muller light didn't get rid of them so I was quite good and just ate a curly wurly really slowly and that seemed to do the trick, and not bad for only 6 syns:D.

Anyway have been for a swim this morning before work and did 34 lengths in 30 minutes (I normally do just 30)so feeling very good:D

Thanks Jude and well done on resisting lst night. I like Curly Wurly's and always have either those of butterkist popcorn small bags for 5.5 syns. I'm a right one in the eve with all my snacks. Hr after tea, and I have an armfull of stuff, lol.. 2 alpen light bars, fruit pack, m/light yogurt and curly wurly or popcorn ;) x

yeah i do hun,red green red green...
sometimes i might have 2 greens on a trot or 2 reds on a trot and i would always have a red day before weigh day!
 
Eternal you mentioned popcorn - is that free and if so which one????

I've just had a really bad time since Monday - have been eating all round me - had take out Monday and Tuesday as baby is unwell so not much sleep in this house at the moment which means lots of munchies! Have had everything from biscuits to chocolate to cookies and white bread and veda (yummy yummy!) I've tried to get back on track today - but that resulted in having nothing to eat until tea - which was only 2 syns for gravey - but since then I've had a kinder bar and bueno! And I'm still wanting to eat!

Think I'm having a very bad week!

Its the butterkist poporn and its 5.5syns for a small bag, really nice :). Sounds like you are having a right time of it Rosie, you must be tired if your baby is't well, which explains why you are picking. Hope things are better this eve, and you get some sleep. Start afresh tomorrow and I'm sure you can put this day to bed..Hugs xx
 
Baby seems to be better now - he was only up once last night (early this morning) and went straight back down again so I've had a bit more sleep.

Have also done well so far today - decided to try a green day so had toast and cheese this morning which was heavenly :)

does anyone know if I get the popping corn and pop it myself if that is any syns?

Rosie, if you buy the popcorn that you pop, you still need to count it hun, not sure how much that is,, I'll look at the syns value search tool. x
 
Well I weigh tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see how much i have lost doing EE plan this week, so fingers crossed :cross:
 
Hi all, and thanks Nikki for your kind words, I lost 1lb this week, so I might try and do Red and a couple of Greens this week to see if this helps, I am also going to try and eat sf foods when i want a snack instead of a Red or Green type food you never no!!!!:)

Updated with this weeks WI for me. Looking good to complete this challenge in the next week or two! (which is good, because we have about 2 weeks and a couple of spare days to do it in!!)
