My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Not too bad a day - managed some exercise and ate pretty well. More exercise planned for tomorrow. Really hope I can get a good loss this week!

Day 109

Tuesday 17th May 2011

Breakfast - All bran (part of HEb) with 2 x dashes of milk (1 syn)
Banana

Lunch - Smoked salmon with Philadelphia Extra Light mini (2 syns) on a Ryvita Original Crispbread (part of HEb)
Apple

Snacks - Chicken breast pieces
Muller Mini Rice Original (5 syns)

Supper - Spicy beef stirfry garlic, ginger, green chilli, soy sauce, red onions, bean sprouts, peppers, sweetcorn, cabbage and served with thin egg noodles.

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 2 litres), green tea and red bull sugar free

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7.5k burning 134cals)
100 sit ups using Delta machine

Was going to be an excellent day...then I ate a hot cross bun from the freezer! I've binned the rest. Luckily I'm within syns and have done some exercise today - added on an extra bike ride to make up for some of the bun though!!!

Lunch - Chicken tikka breast fillets with green herb salad, spring onion, green beans, a boiled egg and syn free salad dressing
Apple

Snacks - Hot cross bun from freezer!!! (10 syns)

Supper - Last weeks Chilli from the freezer with rice and low fat cheese on top (1/2 HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 2 litres) and tea with semi skimmed milk (from HEa)

Exercise - 25 mins in the gym on running machine (1.2K) & weights
Aqua Aerobics (45 minutes)

Supper - Lamb steaks (lean and with any fat removed) flavoured with lemon and herbs, served with SW chips, green beans and baby sweetcorn

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 2 litres), green tea, tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5 syns) and Tesco's Lemon & Lime sparkling water

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7.45k burning 158cals)

Another 2 off at WI today so just 6 lbs to go now :D Managed a bit of exercise but sadly gave into the temptation of wine as its the weekend!

Thanks Nikki! It was until yesterday lol! Oh well I'll have to work hard this week :D Meant to be only 6 lbs to go until my final target but I'm not sure its going to be enough as my 'goal' jeans are still giving me a muffin top :( So feeling a bit down today!

Exercise - None - will make up for it next week...lots of classes booked!!!
 
Not a bad day considering I ate out for lunch and had to rush supper to make it out in time for my exercise class tonight! Just hope I can make up for the weekend :D

Only managed to loss 0.5 lbs this week but better than STS or a gain I guess! Must get back on track this week - cutting out the booze. Will be tricky with the bank holiday ahead...aiming to just have a few drinks on sunday at our BBQ (in the rain!) so need to be good with food that day to make up for it!!! Eeeekkk!

A good day food wise, although no exercise but thought I should have a day off! Managed to resist wine even though hubs is having some. Also did a little clothes shopping, although just for tops as still unhappy with my 'baby tum'

A good day food wise, but a diet fail as went over my syns with wine!!! We had a family BBQ so I knew it would happen. Just need to work hard the rest of the week to make up for it now.
