Claire you well over pointed the wings.. Eddies chicken wings are deep fried (almost sure) and are 3pp's for 2 I think it is.. can check tomoro.. But chinese wouldn't be any more than them...

Hiya .. Ct scan takes seconds these days obv can't councel results but the scan itself is nothing to be worried about

It took 40 minutes, i didnt like the injection babs ew! Glad its over x results not until march but may rearrange appt x

Breakfast

Dinner
Homemade veggie soup & 2 ww bread to dip in it
plain fat free yogurt & banana

Tea
Mince & mash (mince with carrots, onions & peas, beef oxo poured over a big blob of mash mixed with skimmed milk & pepper)
marrowfat peas

I think ive had about 10 of my 5 a day today
& someone said id lost weight ... so i must be loosing it somewhere eh? my little finger? lol xxxxxxx
