Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

It doesn't look that small and I can see us drinking cocktails in that garden next spring :D

The living room and kitchen are in the same room - kitchen has lovely dark wood benchtops and bespoke cupboards, but it's still in the same room.

Another downside is it's on a busy road. It has double glazing and tbh I couldn't hear much when we were inside, and they have put nice frosting on the bottom half of each of the four windows facing out onto the road - but there would be a bit of noise if the windows were open, and you'd need them open at times to get rid of cooking smells and so on.

The second bedroom is only big enough for a single, so you'd all have to squash up when you came to stay :D

But yes the garden is sweet.

Well done on the loss Susie, phenomenal :D
The flat looks lovely, especially the outside space :) Would you manage to contain Orbit in there as the busy road would be a worry?
xxxx

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!

That weight loss is phenomenal! WOW!! Amazing Susie! You've done brilliantly!...

And I lurve the flat - really sweet and the garden is to die for!

Fingers' crossed you get it!

:):wow:xx

Thanks honey!!!! Off to a good start on the Return to Induction, and that was weighing in with clothes on, so it might give me a little whoosh for next week if I do it starkers - on second thoughts maybe it's too early to frighten the cat

I am tempted to go back and see the flat again. Yeah why not - it doesn't commit me to it. Will film it on the iphone this time.

You must have a rush of high at the moment!! And its so well deserved and a long time coming!

You just need to find the perfect place - which might be this one - and get Orbit trained to give you peace overnight and that's it!

:wee:

LOL not too much to sort out then! :D

Thanks for your kind wishes, hun. Actually I count myself very lucky (in comparison to some people) - everything feels very positive right now yaye :D

Enjoy and wallow in that lovely feeling!! We don't get it very often! :superwoman: x

Whoop whoop on the 8lbs babes!

I think the flat is beautifully presented but you could make the interior of any flat look that good yourself... what you have to love is the location & vibe. x

Great loss hunni, and nice looking flat! Loving the patio doors onto the garden :)

Morning Susie, that's a nice looking place love

Afternoon all

Many thanks for your kind thoughts about the flat - sorry I bore you with my many-faceted accommodation worries :D - but have a good feeling about this one. Cross fingers on the finance.

Am sitting here barely awake - we had a baaaaaaaaad night, Orby and me. She is absolutely frantic to go outside, not for the loo because she seems to be using her litter tray OK now, but just desperate to get out. But I am terrified to let her out in case she runs away and tried to get to her old home.

She stands on her hind legs and scratches at the glass on the french doors over and over again, crying to get out, and it's so upsetting - for both of us. She's still eating OK but I could really do with any suggestions as to what I do....put her on a leash outside? But as Vicky has already warned me, what if she wriggles out of the leash/collar??

Food is on track -

B - bacon and eggs, soya latte
L - sausage, spinach, beans and mandarin oil dressing
D - chicken curry with lettuce, probably, I could eat it every night
S - yoghurt with l/c granola
W - 2 litres
E - walking - but not much
A - no (day 5)

I think the leash we had was a harness. Much harder to get out of. I wouldn't let her out alone yet, apart from anything she had a good home but they couldn't keep her so she only has good memories.
