Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

Morning all - lovely day here and i am feeling bright and breezy.

I'm not going to keep doing daily weighing, just for a week to see what happens - and scales today show 2lbs up. Amazing how much it can move around.

Feels like a hungry day today but I've got it covered :) -

B - berries and Greek yoghurt; 1/2 a l/c wrap with roast beef, cheese, lettuce and mayo
L - other half of wrap; salad with salami, spinach, red pepper, cucumber and tomato
D - lamb with cauli mash, I think

No idea what the carbs are, I must go and check on mfp!

Ooops well over - more like 60! I made a mistake about the lavash bread - they are 14g each, I'm sure it said 5g each on the LCM website....total beginner's mistake :) Might have to make the wrap for dinner instead.

Morning, menu sounds great 14gr sounds a lot for a l/c wrap... are they American? Maybe you have to deduct the fibre?

Enjoy your day.

Afternoon Susie, I have some Coconut oil left over, never really got a taste for it so might have a go at this bark stuff, don't like peanut butter though lol xxx

Brennie try chocolate with almonds mmmmmm. i was dreaming last night of white chocolate with apricot....

Thanks Sammy - looked a bit closer at the label and you're right, fibre hasn't been taken off - so it makes it 8g for the whole thing. Slightly better!

Well, all good at work - tackled the big boss over something (she gets a bit psychoid at times) and she was OK about it yaye :). Going to see the flat tomorrow to measure the front window and see whether it can be taken out to allow furniture to come in. Don't think my big bath will fit though :(

Lol:D

Girls - apart from the NZ days, I've lived in small flats all my life - bedsits with orange and brown plastic wallpaper, shared flats with camberwick bedspreads, plugs where they shouldn't be, dodgy electrics, toilets that don't flush properly, makeshift "it'll do" furniture...you get the drift?

So - if I want a big bath with a big shower over it, I'm going to have one :)

LOL Bren

And it's welcome to the world for little Blob, born on 29 September - Mummy and Blob are just home today, and all is well :)

(seriously, that's what the new parents are calling him! :))

Morning Susie... You're sounding so relaxed and in the zone on the eating plan... Such an excellent attitude ! Well done for keeping the focus!! The flat is just so exciting! With or without the big bath it sounds absolutely brilliant! Can't wait to get my dungarees on! Lol xx

The OH's name is Jim so I couldn't help a little Waltons reference and texted saying "Welcome Jimblob" lol.

Morning all - well that was a mammoth sleep and a half! Went to bed about half ten, up at 1am for a couple of hours on mouse catching duty (karma points - Susie 1 Orbit 0 :D), woke up again at 8am, then crashed out AGAIN and just woke up now :)

You must be well rested by now! :D

How's it going on the food front? I've been busy making (and eating) dog-shaped cocoa bark - the shape makes all the difference, lol! Really must try the peanut butter version - sounds lush!

Ooh, lend me some of that sleep won't you. Oddly I haven't had cocoa bark for days, just haven't fancied it.
