Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

its funny how different we are i can put all the pills i have to take at once in my mouth and take them all with a swig of water and never have a problem even some of those enormous vitamin pills you can get.

hope the vitamins etc sort it all out xxx

Gosh Tracy you are lucky to be able to do that, I even have to be careful when I'm brushing my teeth in the morning - have to use a low foaming toothpaste, and if the toothbrush hits at the back of my throat, that sets off the gagging :(

I am STARVING! Definitely wouldn't be a fasting day for me :)

I'm exactly the same Tracey. What does that say about us with no gag reflex??!!

Just doing my online shopping and Tescos is doing a 3 for 2 on ground almonds, 200g bags, normally £1.33 a bag - so 3 for 2 makes it less than 90 pence a bag.

Val - I'm thinking I might pick up some rhubarb and make ML's rhubarb crumble, possibly with some Alpro custard :D

Then there's almond bread, garlic mushrooms with almond crust, almond 'breaded' cod....:D

Later - just got home and devoured chicken and cabbage/leeks! Didn't buy rhubarb, a bit expensive, still...

Feeling very smug - turkey rissoles and Waitrose meatballs (1g carbs per pack, in the frozen section) are in the oven, and courgette spaghetti is on the go - think I might just call it Courgetti for short :D

My choc mould arrived today so peanut butter chocs are in the freezer. Also fancy making some carbonara for tomorrow night, so might do that now, before The Paradise.

Outta the way Nigella :D

Hope this pic works - my choc mould worked beautifully! Got 15 chocs from one mixture -:)

Morning all

There aren't 15 chocs left in the freezer hehe - they were yummy! and a good way to eat less of the mixture all at one time because one choc is very substantial. Am bringing the rest in to work tomorrow, just had to check that there was a freezer in the staff kitchen fridge.

Feeling a bit better day by day, happily, a little more energy this morning. Ate too much for dinner though, so don't imagine the scales will show anything exciting next Monday.

B - turkey rissoles with l/c roll and squirt of one carb sauce
L - rissoles (again) with a green salad
D - Courgetti and meatballs :)

Day 4 no alcohol, Day 2 no caffeine

Morning. If it's all legal you can't eat to much can you? I have braising steak with mushrooms and shallots in tomato sauce in the slow cooker today. Nobody home so hope it's OK!!

Oh that sounds lush, Lisa! The steak will be scrumptious in a slow cooker mmmm.

I just couldn't stop eating last night, felt like a right pig at the end. Heard the klaxon siren in my head shouting "You're full, you're full goddamit!" LOL - but I kept going. No idea why...
