What made you decide to give it the elbow?
Just wanted to give myself a good shot at losing on my first week of low carb, I guess, hun - plus I had a couple of long nights with way too much wine with friends (none of us know where our stop button is!) over Christmas, woke up on the 30th December, remembered vaguely that I had sent an old ex a lovely dovey message (oh god) and thought, "I'm over this" - for a bit, anyway
It's actually turned out to be an S&S day for me today. I had a week's worth in the drawer and was going to send it to lovely Lisa, but on Monday couldn't find it and thought it had been nicked (along with other stuff from my drawer) - but bizarrely, I got a call from Reception this morning to say it had been handed in to them...weird...thief with a conscience?
Anyway, sorry lovely Lisa but as I had no food with me at all, I decided to crack it open and use some of them up. At least S&S is low carbish, well, between 10-13g each, so definitely going over Induction levels, but low on cals - let's hope the two balance each other out. Quite a lot of the meals require zapping in the microwave so am trying them with just boiling water and leaving them to sit. Crunchy macaroni cheese anyway?
B - sweet porridge (revoltingly sweet - anyone want two sachets?)
L - crispy choc shake (nice); mac cheese (odd - apart from the crunchiness)
D - chicken and cauli, peppers and whatever else is in the fridge in a cheese sauce
