dont think i'm consuming enough calories, i logged in all my foods for today and i'm under 700 calories, could that be the cause of my weight gain? i really need to eat more.

food for today

B - quorn bacon, 1 egg scrambled with garlic and herb cream cheese and 2 sausages.

L - creamy haddock and stir-fry veggies.

D - tuna steak marinated in spices with grilled vegetable kebabs.

3 litres of water x

hey hun, im fine thanks, ive got cheerios in the cupboard and i feel a binge coming on:( ive also got that cinnamon crunch cereal and its calling my name. Tamara come to meeeee lol.

im loving the cheerios lol but after being on Atkins and having things in moderation i realised its taken effect!!! you should have seen the bf's bowl compared to mine, he must have had twice/three times as much as me! but he obvs needs it and can get away with it :) bless him.

so yer moderation is the key xxxx
 
men are so lucky i swear! my bf has been 10stones ever since we met, i was 11 stones and we ate pretty much the same things and i was the one who gained, so not fair because i eat quite healthy.
 
yep! my bf is about 11.7lbs i think but muscley so thats where the weight is and we ate the same and i went from 10.7lbs to 13.3lb!! sods arent they!!! im just jealous!! xxxx
 
lol theyre too lucky! im jealous too. we'll hopefully get back to our previous weight soonish, i was just thinking of changing my goals to 160lbs as i'm 5"10 and dont want to get too thin, i looked a bit unhealthy when i was 11 stones, im thinking 11.5 or 12stones is ok for me as i'm so tall lol. xxx
 
yer your lucky to be tall, and i think your right 11-11.5 sounds like a nice weight for you! wish i was taller lol! damn it! xxxx
 
lol i guess thats one gd thing hehe. when i was younger i wanted to be shorter but loved my height as i grew up. lol if i was 6ft 2 id be ok weight wise right now!! lol but thats too tall, even though im so jealous of my sister whose 6ft2 and 12 stones, shes so slim, i can only dream for now. ive got under 2 stones to go and i'm propper struggling, some people would be happy to only have 2 stones till goal, but the good things is.....low carb worked for me in the past
 
i think the last lot of weight to lose is the hardest because you're more likely to become un focussed or impatient! well it is for me anyway!

have you thought of trying the shred with us?! xxxx
 
yea im defo impatient at the moment.

ive thought about the shred but ive already paid for my gym membership lol, or maybe i could get it and do extra work out for the extra exercise. where did you order yours from hun? it sounds like a fun work out xx
 
i think we all end up with a gym membership and not using it! cant wait for mine to end! lol

youve got some good taste buds! i love the sweet chilli sauce, its a shame icant have any lol, it tastes really good on a jacket potato with tuna and grated cheese loool i'm still allowed to dream haha



however, ive been on a carb binge on sunday with the rice crispies and today i went on the scales and it said i was 14.4? how the hell is that possible when i was way under 14 stones, been in tears all morning, but this will make me stronger!! no more carbs because my body hates it!! but i still dont understand how 2 bowls of rice crispies could make me gain over half a stone!
 
((hugs)) sweetie. Carbs plus water means bad scales! Good news is you can take it straight back off again:)
 
like Katie says it will just be water retention, you know in your mind that no way can rice crispies make you put on 7lbs! honestly bbe it will come off, just do the whole clean and green and you'll be well under way xxx
