Ok so here's my brand new start!!! 3 week smash; no more naughties!!!
Going gym tonight straight after ww and it's. really tough circuit tonight.
Breakfast:
Milk allowance =1
Banana =free
2 large boiled eggs =5
Lunch:
Rocket salad=free
Tomatoes=free
10 olives =1
60g mozzarella =4
1/2 tbsp pesto =1
Muller corner =4
That leaves 10 left for dinner but not sure what I'm having yet x
Put on 1.5! Well deserved in my opinion; surprised its not more!!! So I'm 10st 3. If I could lose 6lbs in 3 weeks, I'd be over the moon! Gonna really blitz it x

Well I worked so just eat loads crap at work, crisp, choc buns. Then had steak n chips for t with onion rings n mushrooms. Followed by a Yorkie biscuit n raisin bar! ... Then I've just had cheese on crumpets! FAT BEAST! Lol oh n some drinks! ,, oops back at gym tomorrow xx
