I just find it a quick option when im making something to eat...but i think that i really need to get out of that habit and start making better choices - too hard though :( xx

Hey Girls

Ive not got round to updating my food diary for a while...but i did loose 2lbs on Friday...so thats a average of 1lb a week in the last 4 weeks....coming off slow but at least its coming off eh? Had a bit of a bad weekend- all weeklies plus more gone - but back to it 100% today :)

TIME TO STAY FOCUSED!!!!

Went off track...AGAIN no more though..christmas is fast approaching and i will meet my challenge that i have set myself...i know i can do it - its just sticking to it and not getting fed up etc ...no time for being fed up now though...lets see those losses coming.. Im not gonna do a weigh in this week...im gonna wait till next Friday and hopefully i'll get some weight off :) So kinda a full restart this week...work from today till next Friday with weeklies etc then i'll be back to normal weigh in. Todays diary will hopefully be as follows:

Hey all...hope your all well and had a good weekend =)

Ive not been too well over the weekend...hence the no diaries...havent really ate much since Friday so havent been pointing or anything...well within points though...my sore throat and cold seems to be on its way out now so i shall start pointing and posting again as of 2moro...only 3 more days till weigh in....eek!!

Also been feeling really down and emotional the past couple of days...crying at the drop of a hat :( dont know whats gotten in to me but hate this feeling lousy. Hope your all keeping well :) xx
