First Proper Session back at the gym today and i felt good after it...hadnt really been doing much exercise - so the muscles are a bit sore atm lol...will all be worth it though im sure :)

Exercise For Today

20 Mins Cycling
15 Mins Rowing Machine
15 Mins Cross Trainer
10 Mins Step
5 Mins on 3 Different sets of Weights (15mins) = 1 Hour 15 Mins :D

Bring on tomorrow...i feel so focused now...its amazing what having something to work towards does and how much it makes you stay focused...hope it lasts though lol xx

Nothing at all wrong wiht 1lb a week in the grand scheme! If the stuff on the right of your posts is correct then you'll be at goal by April :D

Would just love a big loss one week lol...know what i mean? But yeh at least its all going in the right direction...and it had to keep going that way...April?? Are u meaning loosing the 3 stone bridesmaid target by then?

Didnt go to the gym today as i was working early then i had to babysit my nephew. I then went and seen my gran. But i'll be there 2moro morning...at 8am :D Then a afternoon of dress shopping with my mum and sister....excited :D

Ooops...I misread the side wrong. I was thinking it was 56lb to lose and 32lb of that gone! :rolleyes:

Lol you had me thinking i was gona be skinny soon lol...was getting excited...then i thought nah wait a min that cant be right lol. Im not even half way yet :( But weigh in 2moro so hopefully il get another loss
 
Just typed todays diary and lost it all :( cant be bothered typing it again...i'll post it 2moro...hopefully with a weight loss. Good luck to the Friday weighers - u know who u are :) xx

I wish, i feel like im floating around in a bubble of nothingness right now, the only thing that i have really stuck to is the wheat free thing:eek:

Ok so last week i started attending weight watchers classes....its been a quick week and the first weigh in went really well...i lost 4.5 pounds...which im chuffed at....heres to the next week being just as good. :)


Tracking in my Journal lol...maybe start pointing on here too...will see how it goes :)
