First Proper Session back at the gym today and i felt good after it...hadnt really been doing much exercise - so the muscles are a bit sore atm lol...will all be worth it though im sure

5 Mins on 3 Different sets of Weights (15mins) = 1 Hour 15 Mins
Bring on tomorrow...i feel so focused now...its amazing what having something to work towards does and how much it makes you stay focused...hope it lasts though lol xx
