Weigh in tonight + while Ive been good Ive not eaten as much super free as normal as not sure what scales will show. Will be happy with a 1lb bit with my body who knows.

Busy day ahead so will be case of grabbing what I can x

No idea why other than dodgy tummy today. But will keep going x

Jkt pot with Baked beans
Activists yoghurt

Tea - tuna pasta bake (hex a + 7 syns) - Tuna, pasta, peppers, sweetcorn, tomatoes, sauce + cheese
With scan muffins (rest of hex b fm earlier)

Hi hun. I can actually say today I feel good. Shoulder still tad sore but getting better but feel positive today. Sun shining helps. X u ok? X
 
Just this second started to rain but only drizzling. let's hope sun comes out again soon

8.30 - 35g porridge (hex b) with alpro unsweetened almond milk (part of hex a) + ikkle bit sweetner

9 - 10am - 1hr body pump (soooo hard)

10.25 - After workout I'm starving...
Left ova stir fry veg + 2 skinny Lizzie sausages (2 syns)

1.15 - hm carrot + coriander soup
2 satsuma's

2pm - still hungry so more soup + few chick peas
Pink n white (2.5 syns)

3.45pm - banana chips (8 syns)

5.30pm - gammon, pineapple, egg + sw chips
Side order of sauteed courgettes

10pm - rice pudding (using almond milk + sweetner
2 lg gherkins
Chickpeas
1/2 bottle efes (4.5 syns)

Total 17 syns oops lol

It was. Not done it before. An hr of exercises with weights - not going to be able to move tomorrow lol. X
