Rather you than me an' all Tan! ;) - Mind set is shifting a bit from 'don't want to do this but I have to' to 'maybe this isn't so bad and I DO feel a lot better than I do when stuffed!!' ... It's only a few weeks when all said & done xx
 
Still going okay :). Nothing really to report. I'm getting seriously addicted to 'Draw Something' on my iphone :eek:. Mind you I'm not the only one ... it was on the news this morning!! Lol! xx
 
Nope, defo not the only one. I had to delete it it was taking over my life!! :rotflmao: and my battery!!!! x

Jan, With your art talent the iPhone or iPad is another great tool. Did you read about David Hockney's recent exhibition of art all created on his iPad using the Brushes app? They did a feature on him in tv and it was fab to see him create his work on his iPad.
 
No I didn't see that Molly - might have a look and see if it's on you tube. If you could see my drawings on Draw Something you deffo wouldn't call it art! It's very hard doing it on such a small screen using your finger tip! Lol! xx
 
Well I've got everything crossed for a good loss tomorrow! This no alcohol malarkey isn't a whole lot of fun ... it better be worth it!! ;) x

It's a real bummer .. the worst part was going to the pub with DH - well he still wanted his Sunday pint and it's not his fault I'm such a pig and have to do this to compensate. One glass of diet coke and one coffee .... God it was hard!! (Sad really I know :()

Well wi this morning? ... 4.2lbs off - quite good but tbh I expected more, I think what I'm doing earned more however I didn't actually start till Tuesday last week so I may have been a bit heavier than Monday's wi I suppose. 11st 1.6lbs now ... HATE HATE HATE being over 11st :(

Tempted to have a couple of v&cs tonight but I won't :(

Off to see Titanic in 3D later this afternoon. Don't laugh but I've never seen a 3D film and I've got quite caught up in all the anniversary stuff that's been going on - even ordered 2 books last night! (I know - even sadder :eek:) xx

Lol! Thanks Tan. We're going to the 3.55pm showing as DH gets a consession (sp?) and a free coffee before 4pm and they usually give me one as well ... so sad (lol!)

John says he's only going to see whether - as it's in 3D - they see the iceberg this time and manage to avoid it! ;) :p xx
 
Well done on a great loss. After all, it is HALF of your gain!! So it's a great result. Stick with it. Stay off the drink for the next fortnight too and the rest of your holiday gain will be gone!!!

Embarrassed to have to confess to a big fall off the wagon :(

Couldn't sleep last night (yet again ... 3rd week now that I can't get to sleep at night... once I'm asleep I'm fine & don't want to wake up! But can't 'catch' my sleep - sleeping in the day is fine though! :eek:/) came down and ate everything in sight AND had a couple of LARGE V&Cs :(:(

Supposedly back on track today and I have been foodwise but I AM having a couple of V&Cs again ...I know ... I'm pathetic ... it's embarrassing - it really is! :( xx
 
Ahhh don't be embarrassed by it Jan. it's a minor blip :) if you can keep the food on course the vodkas aren't going to hurt I'm sure! Xxx

No no noooo!!! You're not a let down at all. It's a minor blip :) you've lost half of what you gained I'm sure the binge isn't going to affect that that much if you get back on track now.
