Today's walk was a short, very wet, windy fifteen minutes.

WI...6lbs off!

Down from 254lbs to 248lbs!

I got Slimmer of the week...I was the only one who had a weight loss this week.

I have been thinking about the whole weather thing and in order to get my steps up I have been dancing like nobody’s watching.....but only when nobody’s watching.

6lbs is mega! I'm so very happy!:banana_dancer:

I have a good long rain coat with hood and that helps a lot...the only thing that is going to stop me from attempting a walk is snow and ice.

Good idea the dancing...I must dust off my Tina Turner CD's:D I will definitely have a go when my wobbly tummy comes down another bit....then it will be, curtains fully drawn and with the house to myself.:bunnydance:
 
We should do a list of definitely not trendy songs that are ace for slow walkers and bad dancers to strut their stuff too!

I've not done anything after my posted session earlier.
Unwell most of Wed & Thurs.
It's only today that I have kind of felt normal.
Will do usual 42-44 km tomorrow.

So I challenge myself to exercise 20 times in January

19 to do 1done

Walked 6km yesterday going to and from museums and miles around the Musee d'Orsay...its a start
 
@Chubby Ghost hope you shake it off soon. There is a nasty dose of something going around and darling husband has been "not himself" for 4 weeks now.

Exercise Bike 42.71 km today in a dual session.
Current Distance 154.3 km this month out of 1118 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 231 lbs (16 st 7 lbs) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 223 lb (15.99 st)

A total of 8.5km today. Started our for Notre Dame and got distracted on the way by a vintage car rally.
 
Exercise Bike 43.91 km today in a dual session.
Current Distance 198.2 km this month out of 1118 km.

Hi chaps. End of my first week where I said I would complete 10,000 steps per day and a ten minute brisk walk. All done and I will be upping this to two lots of ten minute walks with the 10,000 steps this coming week.
 
Maybe we should start a new thread "where I walked today"
