Exercise Bike 44.58 km today in a dual sessionhow do you structure your day to fit two sessions in
there have been times where I had to force myself to make sure I completed it when I was late home from work etc.
It has become an exercise in self control.
Can I join?
I would like to give this challenge a go as I am feeling optimistic.
I am completely unfit and out of puff. I have started walking and hoping to do 30 minutes every day...If I can achieve this for January I will be very pleased with myself.
