You are always so supportive of everyone Susie I know you'll crack it!!!

What I've noticed is that if I eat denser meat I feel more satisfied so I've started eating breast not thigh meat - I'd normally prefer chick thighs but I can eat them faster and I don't feel as full... Sounds crazy but I need to kid my mouth and rum! Lol x

LOL thx hun, that's really sweet of you.

I did really well at the beginning because I wasn't working, made sure I had nothing carby at home and got the groceries delivered so I could make sure I didn't give in to temptation in the supermarket.

Since I started working, I have been so weak when faced with an array of sandwiches and pastries (my achilles heel) - so that's my special challenge! :D
 
Evening Susie - i agree that it's toughest at work and so difficult to plan! Is there a fridge that you could keep an emergency stash of food in case you forget anything some days? My suggested stash- lo carb wraps, pack of salami,pack cheese slices. It makes an incredibly satisfying sandwich or extra snack - was what i took to the conference last week.

Anyhow, good to hear you are getting the cooking in and head focused. You can do it!:D

Susie it's so hard! But I absolutely know you'll do it!! Planning is the key... Not going hungry or leaving it too long before eating... Drinking plenty of water... And making sure you have enough of the right foods to hand... It sounds like you've got that in hand now. Focus and take one day at a time... And we're all shaking our pompoms on the side line shouting "Sooosiiii.... Go girl!!!" :) xx

Morning Susie, you can do it! It is so hard getting focussed but keep going and trying and it will work. Being prepared does sound like a good plan, shame about the fridge thief but if they only take the non carby things I 'm sure you'll do fine ;) x
 
I won't put anything in the fridge at work, I take a cool bag with a couple of freezer packs in it and keep all my stuff in there, right by my desk - works a treat! :D

S - 3 tbslp yoghurt, some berries and 2 tsp l/c granola
E - a couple of walks
W - 2 litres, trying for more

Feeling chirpy, despite the pants weather, and no sign of the Atkins flu yet (shhh lol). Also skipped a totm which always cheers me up :D

D - Roast pork and cabbage methinks

A - no (day 5, blimey)
