I get shocks a lot too - and I stop watches if I wear them for more than a day
Luckily this special 'talent' doesn't affect my iPhone!
Had a lovely start to the day - had a brekkie meeting (made sure I was sorted by having brekkie before I left - not a single flake of croissant passed my lips
), and ran into an old work friend who looked shocked and said I'd lost so much weight! Bless him, I haven't really but it made me feel brill
Then caught the Clipper along the Thames to Greenwich, where I am now. Talk about a civilised start to the day.
So, menu -
B - Cup of tea, bacon and eggs (you were right, Katie, it is the best), soya latte
L - 3 Debbie sausages with spinach, lettuce and lemon oil/mayo dressing; followed by yoghurt, berries and low carb granola (despite this, I think I'm still hovering around 20-25 carbs a day)
D - left over roast pork and cabbage - might fry it all up in lard (while trying to get over the fact that that sounds like a heart attack on a plate lol)
S - new snack discovery - Tesco is doing salami pork snack sticks (regular or hot n spicy), you get 5 in a pack (they're long and thin, just like a bloke I used to know hehe) and they are 0.4 carbs each
W - 3 litres today
E - done loads of walking
A - might have a G&T if the flat I'm going to see looks nice - and to celebrate the imminent arrival of Orbit/Stella tomorrow morning :bliss:
