Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

Morning Susie!

Good menu you've got planned for the day ... I love that 'chirpy' feeling - I've got a bit of it too... and long may it continue!

:)

Morning, not that I really take that much notice of people totm, but didn't you just say you'd got it like a week/week n a half ago or something? Just I'm ending now and thought to myself when I saw yours that mine would be soon, unless it was someone else? Anyways well done for getting back on track, have a fab day x

... wondering if there's a 'nunnery situation' happening here. Don't nuns living together end up have TOTM at the same time - sort of a synchronised swimming event?? :D

Morning lovelies

Sorry for tmi but I've had that bloated feeling for about three weeks, and a bit of pain - but no actual period. I keep a record of when they happen and this is out of character.

I know for sure I'm not pregnant :D Maybe it's menopause finally starting?

Could be Susie, maybe a trip to the doc would be in order? Lol @ Di, yes even women who work together in an office can often enter the synchronised swimming event haha!

Morning Susie,

Yes indeed, for my sins I once managed a team of 40 DP (Data Processing) girls, punching cards for a mainframe computer, once a month it was a nightmare week,

LOL Jim :D bet you don't miss that!

I too have a chipper feeling today Susie - just hope it lasts and nothing spoils it lol

Food sounds yummy again, and well done on 5 days without A!!!! xxx

Thx babes - as I put on Di's diary, I'm going to try to only going to have alcohol once a week - either Friday or Saturday - and am giving up wine, going back to G& slimline tonic or sparkling water.

Long may it last. Well, at least a few more days :D

Lisa - do I need to go to the doctor? Isn't there a test you can buy?

Grrrr I typed a response and my lappy crashed and has taken half an hour to get back!
You can buy a test from £3 - £16+ but not sure how reliable they are. They are looking for FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) Don't know what they would do at the docs, a blood test maybe?

Hi yes a simple blood test at the docs, they do that to check whether you are still ovulating regularly, they time it on a certain day after your last period. Just go to the docs and they will explain, then wait for your period and then you can book in with nurse for the test. Simple and free! And sorry to "out" your monthlies on here but we do talk about all kinds. Me and my friend used to have monthlies at the same time, its really weird x

"Out" away :D

I just hate going to the doctor, will leave it another month or two, as a true follower of the art of procrastination, and see what happens.

After 37 years of pain, clotting and endo, I'd be delighted if they just stopped!

My god! I was gonna like this post as the stuff at the top was good, but when I read the rest of the symptoms!!!!!!!! I now have a fear of getting to menopause if that's what can strike. I will happily live with my monthly "gift" from mother nature until I die as I am certain I would succumb to all of those things. I don't think you should procrastinate too much as if you are menopausal you might get some relief with HRT (I'm sure you wouldn't turn into a crazy person like my mother did). In lieu of that I feel like I should make up a kit for you to help battle all of the symptoms like creams etc but I don't think I could find a big enough box to find something for every symptom. I'll just send hugs instead :hug99:

LOL thanks hun - don't think I'm crazy with it yet - well, no more than normal :D

I'm not suffering most of that lol - but you could attribute just about any pain or twinge to it, couldn't you?!

Gosh Susie - that's a scary post!

Good to hear the food and planning going well - bet you have the wooshie fairy locked up at yours;)
Xxx

If she visits - of course i'll send her back. Make sure she's not trapped behind all that food in the back of the fridge. She is partial to meat, veg, cheese! Do you need us to come round and help you eat it all:D

Nighty night:D
