Morning all

Woken up to a right head cold, oh joy, but hopefully it will pass by Saturday because I'm an open house guide at our dance faculty...

My first offer (it was quite low) was rejected, so have gone back with another - should hear today.

B - bacon and eggs, tea
L - chicken salad
D - leftover chicken and tomato stock pot - bit high in carbs but I need to use it up

Mmm Brennie - I have a load of vits at home, just haven't been taking them - will start up next week.

Think this cold is Atkins flu, so not much I could have done anyway. Am feeling a bit better this afternoon

NEWSFLASH - my offer has just been accepted so, baring any problems, I will be a homeowner again! Surely this one will go through without a hitch....as I said before, I'm not going to get too excited until I have the keys in my hot little hands!

Morning all

Did a sneaky WI this morning before Monday's official one and I have lost zilch....very surprised because I've been 100% on food, not right down to induction levels because I wanted more veg and tomatoes, so about 25-30 a day. I had s/f maple syrup twice, and a few glasses of white, so maybe they are the culprits.

Thoughts?

scales are just being naughty 'cos you used them too early, by the time official WI comes, you will have lost loads!

the scales sometimes stick a bit even though u know that you have not done anything wrong, i just seem sometimes that happens when my body is playing catch up with what its lost, then all of a sudden i see a 2lb loss overnight. so don't worry too much xxxx
