The girls' night out was fabulous, lots of laughs and chats - but alcohol did play a major part and I have a v sore head as a result. But got the viewings done and can now relax for the rest of the weekend!

Glad you had a good night last night Susie. I had a VERY good afternoon out with my two chums today. So good in fact that I entirely forgot that I was on any diet at all, and ate like a horse, while drinking like a fish - that's a difficult combination you know!

Anyway, still slightly tiddly, which is nice. Bren, hope you're having a brilliant Saturday night out.

Haven't heard from Vicky but she posted a little while ago, so am sure all is good

Clare - I am hanging my head in shame...Friday and Saturday were hungover, completely carb-fuelled days, I didn't even try to stop myself, so WI on Tuesday is going to be a disaster. Pastries, a hamburger, pasta (omg) and a baguette - even diet coke (which was actually horrible). Oh well, line under it and all that - and roll on strict induction.

But got a wonderful night's sleep last night, and I'm now on the second cup of builder's tea while I take forever to wake up Then it's dishes and laundry time, and a bit of general cleaning up, then relaxing and more catching up here -

Really excited about starting work tomorrow - but will miss chatting to you guys all day One more very big thank you for all your support and love xxx

- two roasts cooking for next week - check
