20 length swim just now, i was planned on doing 28 but could feel my hip catching. I did 4 lengths walking in the pool then

Im progressing slowly Chubby and its not a big goal. But considering two weeks ago i was on crutches then not too bad. I need to go swimming more often, just finding the time is difficult

Just take it easy and listen to your body. Missing your goal by a bit is better than aggravating your injury.
Another month/week is better than hurting yourself.
