A bit warm which made things a bit more challenging.
Also spent about 90 mins tidying the back garden which burnt a few extra calories in excess of the exercise cycle..

Going to be touch and go regarding this month's goal might miss by a few km.

Only one more day left.

Im off to open Septembers challenge. August seems to have gone so fast.

A bit shorter today due to knocking five minutes off due to feeling a bit lethargic during 2nd session.
How I feel tomorrow will dictate whether monthly goal is achieved.

Just a little kick away from my monthly goal.
A mixture of being and busy some days not feeling it regarding doing exercise.
Time to think of suitable target for next month's goal.
