Hi all, can I join please. I now I'm a few days late.
My goal is to do:
30 - 50 mins on my peddles 4 times a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
Complete 1 long walk a week.
Tummy Crunches and The Plank 3 - 4 times a week.
So far this week I have completed 30 & 40 mins on the peddles (Mon & Tues)
